Asphalt production can generate fumes that need to be collected and treated. For this project, YUKE supplied a 40,000 m³/h asphalt fume treatment system. The installation brings together collection ductwork and treatment equipment to support air pollution control at the plant.

Equipment for Asphalt Plant Emissions

The system is designed to handle an airflow capacity of 40,000 cubic metres per hour. At an asphalt facility, a suitable fume treatment system helps collect process emissions and direct them through treatment equipment before discharge.

As shown in the project photo, the installation includes large ducts connected to the treatment unit. This layout brings the fume collection and treatment components together as part of the plant’s environmental control setup.

Designed for Site Integration

Every asphalt plant has its own layout and operating needs. Therefore, fume collection ducts and treatment equipment must be arranged to fit the available space and connect with the relevant production points. The equipment shown here is installed beside the plant structure, with ductwork routed between the process area and the treatment unit.

YUKE provides industrial equipment and engineering support for asphalt production applications. Project details can be adapted to site conditions and customer requirements.

Supporting Cleaner Plant Operations

Effective fume collection and treatment can help asphalt producers manage emissions as part of their environmental control work. The 40,000 m³/h system provides a high-volume treatment solution for an asphalt plant application.

YUKE supports customers with equipment selection, installation guidance, and technical service. For a project inquiry, share your plant type, airflow needs, site layout, and local emission requirements so the system can be assessed for your application.
